This upside-down house on the south coast of Nantucket Island has a magnificent view of moor and ocean. A beautiful, sandy beach is only a short walk away down an unpaved road. A large deck receives the sun thoughout the day and an easily accessible widow's walk allows one to watch the setting of the sun and appreciate the full beauty of the ocean, moors and Hummock Pond to the west.
